Trinity Church was founded in 1987 by Pastor Terry and Sandra Roberts. Their vision was to plant a church that would become a center for Spirit-filled worship, fellowship and witness in southeast Columbia -- a church that would serve the needs of the community and reflect the racial and social make-up of the community.
For the first four years the church met in various rented facilities. In 1991 the church family built phase 1 of the present facility on a 10-acre campus in southeast Columbia. We've just recently opened our brand new "Christian Activity Center" which provides another 10,000 square feet of multi-purpose space for worship, recreation and ministry to the community.
