About Us
Our Story
Trinity Church was founded in 1987 by our current pastor, Terry Roberts. Our congregation is multi-racial and multi-generational, and we represent a variety of nationalities and denominations. We are an autonomous (self-governing) local church, affiliated with a world-wide fellowship of churches called the Assemblies of God. We seek to be Christ-centered and family-focused.
Our Values
We value the Bible as the inspired Word of God and our guide for faith and conduct.
We value the presence of God in our gatherings, manifested through loving interaction with one another, heart-felt worship, biblical teaching, and the supernatural gifts of the Holy Spirit.
Our Vision
To be a multi-racial, multi-generational congregation of at least 500 believers who gather each week to experience His presence through vibrant worship, fellowship, and equipping, and then scatter into our neighborhoods and workplaces to express His love to others.
It has been said that on Sunday mornings, the church is the most segregated place in America. At Trinity Church we see something different for the church – something better – something beautiful. We believe a congregation should reflect its community in terms of race and nationality. We pray that God will bring people to Trinity from every race and nationality, and He is answering that prayer!
