Rev. Warren & Adele Parker, Associate Pastors
Warren is a seasoned minister who has served as the pastor to several congregations. Both he and Adele have previously served as foreign missionaries in the Republic of Panama. Warren is a graduate from the University of South Carolina, Southeastern University and holds a Master of Divinity degree from Erskine Theological Seminary. In addition, he has completed a one year ACPE residency at Palmetto Health as a resident chaplain. Warren’s ministry concentration includes Christian Education and Congregational Care.
Pastor Shawn & Tabitha Summers, Youth Pastors
Shawn has been involved in diffrent ministries ranging from youth, praise and worship, and street ministry for the last ten years. A student of Southeastern University, still currently pursuing a B.S. in Church Ministries, Shawn has a heartbeat for young people and a desire to watch them grow and mature in Christ through a consistent devotional life and a worship lifestyle. Shawn is married to Southeastern Alumni Tabitha Summers, an elementry school teacher. They have two daughters, Hannah, 5 and Makayla 2.
PastorJay & Jennifer Kennedy, Worship Pastors
Pastor Jay and Jennifer Kennedy, both natives of South Carolina, have been in ministry for more than ten years. Jay is a third generation pastor with a creative knack for applying the scriptures cross-culturally to everyday life. Jennifer is a gifted song-writer, revealing a real-life honesty in her worship music that moves people closer to God.
Jay graduated from Charleston Southern University in 1995 with a major in religion and a minor in music. He later earned a Master of Theology from Christian Life School of Theology. Jennifer holds an Associate of Arts in Music from Emmanuel College and a Bachelor of Music Education from Shorter College.
Married since 1995, they have been blessed with four children: Jason (age 10), Christopher (9), Tyler (4), and Rachel (2). Ministering to the needs of families is a priority close to their hearts. Their life purpose: “To help people from diverse backgrounds reach for God’s greater dreams in life.”
Currently Jay works as an assistant store manager with Staples and Jennifer is a full-time wife and mom. Even though they will serve at Trinity on a part-time basis, they bring “full-time” energy, passion and excellence to that service.
